Cyprus investment company looking for Head of Back office in Limassol. Job description: •Ensuring smooth operation of the back office department
•Overseeing and enhancing the back office operation and deal with the company’s compliance policies and procedures.
•Directly involved with the day to day management of all processes and procedures relating to settlement, reconciliations, documentation, management and clients reporting, accurate maintenance and update of all databases
•Maintaining internal systems and processes ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies
•Update and maintenance of the operational and compliance manuals
•Effectively handle all complaints relating to Back Office issues
•Oversee and control client activity ensuring compliance with company procedures
•Implementing all relevant compliance processes
The successful candidate should have the following profile: •Degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics or related field
•MOFprofessional certificates (as an advantage)
•At least 1 year experience in a financial organization
•Familiar with back office operation.
•Excellent management and organisational skills
•Knowledge of international foreign exchange trading regulations
•Excellent Business Writing skills (contracts, reports, letters, e-mails, faxes etc)
•Very Good analytical skills
•Very Good time management skills an high sense of responsibility
•Excellent Computer skills – Microsoft Office (at least Intermediate Level)
•Fluent in English and Russian; knowledge of Greek will be considered a plus
